Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver anywhere in Switzerland. Your order leaves from Zürich and goes straight to your door.
Your order is usually delivered in 1–2 business days after dispatch. We’ll keep you posted from checkout to doorstep.

We ship with Swiss Post for reliable, trackable delivery nationwide.
Not just yet. We’re focused on fast, safe home delivery, but we’ll share updates if a pickup option becomes available.
No. Everything ships from Zürich, Switzerland, so there are no additional import charges for Swiss deliveries.
If a parcel comes back to us, we can re-ship it (carrier fees may apply) or process it as a return according to our policy. We’ll guide you through the best option.
Orders & Tracking
Yes, right after checkout you’ll get an email confirmation with your order details.
As soon as we dispatch, we’ll email you a Swiss Post tracking link/code, so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Yes, you can request changes within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it hasn’t shipped yet. E-mail us and we’ll do our best to help.
Yes, within 24 hours or any time before dispatch. After that, you can still make a return if eligible (see Returns).
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 calendar days of delivery. You can find the simple steps in our Return Policy.
If the item is damaged/defective or if we sent you the wrong product, we’ll take care of it immediately.
For hygiene reasons, opened products can’t be returned.
For hygienic and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, tested, or used. This policy ensures your items are always fresh and hygienic. (see Returns)
If the mistake is on our side, we’ll cover the return and re-shipment costs for you. If you’ve simply changed your mind and the item is correct and undamaged, then the return costs are your responsibility.

- Email hello@kosmeshop.ch with order number + item(s) + reason (and photos if damaged/incorrect).
- We’ll send a Return Authorisation (RMA) and instructions.
- Once approved, please ship the parcel within 10 days of receiving your RMA, securely packed and with a trackable service. (Until received by us, returns remain your responsibility, and a refund will not be issued.)
Return address is provided in your RMA email. Please don’t send returns without an RMA.

Yes, we only carry 100% authentic J-Beauty products, sourced directly from Japan. We source from vetted Japanese distributors and import fresh, small batches to ensure high quality and up-to-date inventory.

We restock depending on supplier availability, always prioritizing freshness and fair pricing. Restocks typically take about a month. Popular items tend to sell fast, but you can join the Mochi-Hada List to be the first to know when they’re back.
