  • We deliver anywhere in Switzerland.
  • Orders ship directly from Zürich.
  • Standard shipping: CHF 11.50
  • Free shipping: Orders of CHF 50+
  • Delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch
  • Courier: Swiss Post (reliable, trackable delivery)
  • Pickup option: Not available at this time

 

Customs & Fees

No import or customs charges – all orders ship within Switzerland.


Undeliverable Parcels

If your parcel cannot be delivered or is returned, we can re-ship (carrier fees may apply) or process a return under our Return policy .

 


Orders & Tracking

  • Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation right after checkout.
  • Tracking: A Swiss Post tracking link/code is emailed once your order is dispatched.
  • Modifications: Possible within 24 hours of order, as long as it hasn’t shipped.
  • Cancellations: Allowed within 24 hours or before dispatch.

 


Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Returns accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.
  • Damaged/defective items: We’ll resolve immediately.
